Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite

The first thing to note about the Breville 800JEXL (apart from the $300 price) is that it’s a centrifugal juicer. Usually when we’re talking about juicers in this price range they’re masticating. So why pay $300 for a centrifugal juicer?

This is supposed to be an awesome centrifugal juicer that provides commercial performance in a home juicer. It’s got features like dual speed control, a powerful 1000 watt motor and a patented direct central feed system which is supposed to yield more juice.

It has an extra wide feed chute (always an advantage ) and titanium reinforced cutting blades.

Juice Recipes

Here are some more of my favorite juice recipes. If you’re ever thinking about making juice but are missing one of the ingredients from a recipe don’t be afraid to substitute something. There is a great substitution list available on the Reboot with Joe website.

It’s always best to check out a new recipe with a small batch to see if you like the recipe before making bigger batches. Of course I only ever juice enough juice for myself to drink within the next 2-3 hours but many people like to make larger batches of juice and keep it in the fridge for a few.
