5 Great Juicers Below $400

When compiling this list of recommended juicers I stayed below $400. This was to make the list useful to as many people as possible. If you’re looking for a juicer above $400 this list isn’t for you. I will be compiling another list with juicers above $400 at a later date.

These 5 juicers then are all models that I personally recommend either based on my experience or the experiences of others. I talk to a lot of people who juice and visit a lot of juicing websites. I have probably read over a thousand juice reviews over the past few months and this list is an attempt to make sure you get a the best juicer that you can afford to start your juicing journey!

Hamilton Beach 67601 Big Mouth Juice Extractor

I would not consider Hamilton Beach a premium brand. It’s no surprise then that most of their juicers fall into the sub $100 price range. Obviously this means the Hamilton Beach 67601 is a centrifugal model. At around $75 it’s $25 cheaper than Breville’s BJE200XL, so is it worth saving $25 or should you save up and go for the Breville?

First thing that strikes you about this juicer is that it doesn’t feel like you just spent $75. That said it really isn’t that bad of a juicer. It does the job it was intended for but I can’t help thinking that the construction on the Breville BJE200XL is way better and at just $25 more that would be my choice.

Hamilton Beach 67650 Big Mouth Juicer

The Hamilton Beach 67650 is a no “bells & whistles” juicer. It’s a really basic centrifugal juicer. At around $55 it’s meant as a juicer for those on a very tight budget. It’s not fantastic but it does the job well enough. It’s not super strong and those of you who are heavy handed may break this juicer, but it’s really not a bad juicer for the money.

If you treat this juicer gently it will juice for you and it does seem to get a lot of good reviews. But it is what it is… a cheaply made juicer with nothing to really shout about.
