My first juicer was a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Pro (a centrifugal model). It actually wasn’t the best juicer I could have bought at the time but it didn’t matter. I didn’t know much about juicers or juicing back then. What really mattered was that I made the decision to start juicing. That decision totally changed my life.
Today I use a more expensive Omega VRT350 vertical masticating juicer. The juice it produces it undoubtedly of a higher quality than that from my old Power Juicer Pro. But there is no doubt in my mind that the juice produced by my old centrifugal juicer was extremely beneficial to my health.
